A Taste of Provence at STAY by Yannick Alleno

Located in southern France on the Mediterranean Sea, Provence has been identified as a gastronomical region. Provençal food is traditionally Mediterranean; with most of the population living on the coastal strip, fish naturally plays a big part in their cuisine. Provençal food is reputed for its use of herbs and vegetables, however, if there is one item that characterizes all types of Mediterranean food, it is the olive oil used for cooking. Provençal cooking is no exception, as many of the traditional dishes are based on Mediterranean ingredients.

The special 3 course menu is available from Tuesday, 4 August until Sunday, 30 August 2015 and chargeable at AED 320 per person (food only).

Open for dinner, STAY by Yannick Alléno provides distinct dining experience within a comfortable yet stylish environment. STAY surprises guests with signature dishes showcasing traditional cooking methods reinterpreted in contemporary fashion. Different seating arrangements including a sharing table area as well as a unique Pastry Library concept are key to the restaurant’s DNA. They provide an element of surprise, inviting guests to discover simple, great tasting food and unique sharing experiences while high timber walls and vaulted ceilings with black crystal chandeliers produce an atmosphere of refined elegance for romance and special occasions.

Open from Tuesday to Sunday, closed on Mondays.
